Shel's Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 10 ounces solid tuna (pouch) or 12 ounces solid tuna (can)
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 stalks celery, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 lime, juice of (or lemon)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • black pepper
  • sea salt
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 drain the tuna.
  • 2 place the tuna into a bowl and flake it with a fork.
  • 3 mix in the rest of the ingredients. use slightly more mayonnaise & lemon juice for the canned tuna.
