Shel's Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 10 ounces solid tuna (pouch) or 12 ounces solid tuna (can)
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 1/2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 lime, juice of (or lemon)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- black pepper
- sea salt
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Recipe
- 1 drain the tuna.
- 2 place the tuna into a bowl and flake it with a fork.
- 3 mix in the rest of the ingredients. use slightly more mayonnaise & lemon juice for the canned tuna.
