Raspberry And Mascarpone On Brioche

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 thick slices brioche bread
  • 4 tablespoons mascarpone
  • raspberries (2 handfuls)
  • 2 teaspoons demerara sugar
  • vegetable oil, for brushing

Recipe

  • 1 preheat a panini grill.
  • 2 spread two slices of the bread with the mascarpone cheese.
  • 3 place raspberries on top and sprinkle with the sugar.
  • 4 top both sandwiches with the second slice.
