Ingredients

- 4 thick slices brioche bread
- 4 tablespoons mascarpone
- raspberries (2 handfuls)
- 2 teaspoons demerara sugar
- vegetable oil, for brushing
Recipe
- 1 preheat a panini grill.
- 2 spread two slices of the bread with the mascarpone cheese.
- 3 place raspberries on top and sprinkle with the sugar.
- 4 top both sandwiches with the second slice.
