Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (i used low fat)
- 1 cup sour cream (i used low fat)
- 4 ounces green chilies, well drained
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, shredded
- 8 -10 large tortillas
Recipe
- 1 blend the cream cheese and sour cream together.
- 2 add green chiles and salsa and blend well.
- 3 add pepperjack cheese.
- 4 fold spinach and mix well.
- 5 spread mixture lightly on the shell.
- 6 roll shell tightly.
- 7 secure shell with toothpicks.
- 8 cut into 3/4" to 1" sections.
- 9 repeat on next shell until filling is gone.
