Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (i used low fat)
  • 1 cup sour cream (i used low fat)
  • 4 ounces green chilies, well drained
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, shredded
  • 8 -10 large tortillas

Recipe

  • 1 blend the cream cheese and sour cream together.
  • 2 add green chiles and salsa and blend well.
  • 3 add pepperjack cheese.
  • 4 fold spinach and mix well.
  • 5 spread mixture lightly on the shell.
  • 6 roll shell tightly.
  • 7 secure shell with toothpicks.
  • 8 cut into 3/4" to 1" sections.
  • 9 repeat on next shell until filling is gone.
