Ingredients

- 1 celery rib, cut up
- 4 cups cooked chicken, and cut up
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- lettuce leaf
Recipe
- 1 mix all of the ingredients together lightly.
- 2 chill until ready for service.
- 3 place lettuce leaves on chilled salad plates and top with chicken salad.
