Paula Deen's Chicken Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 celery rib, cut up
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, and cut up
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • lettuce leaf

Recipe

  • 1 mix all of the ingredients together lightly.
  • 2 chill until ready for service.
  • 3 place lettuce leaves on chilled salad plates and top with chicken salad.
