Kate's Spinach Baguette Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 six-inch baguette
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Recipe
- 1 cut the baguette in half, longwise.
- 2 rinse the spinach, squeeze it flat between both hands, and dry it gently between two paper towels so that it retains its shape.
- 3 spread the cream cheese on the bottom half.
- 4 put half the spinach on top and cover it with half the balsamic vinegar.
- 5 put the other spinach over that and cover it with the rest of the vinegar.
- 6 sprinkle the basil over the top.
