Italian Lamb Hoagies

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 hoagie rolls, split
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 12 slices cooked lamb (i use left-over lamb roast)
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place hoagie buns, cut side up on baking sheet.
- 2 spread pizza sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- 3 top evenly with lamb slices; drizzle with salad dressing.
- 4 sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.
- 5 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 6 bake at 350°f for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops of buns are lightly toasted.
- 7 place tops of buns over the sandwiches.
