Italian Lamb Hoagies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 12 slices cooked lamb (i use left-over lamb roast)
  • 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place hoagie buns, cut side up on baking sheet.
  • 2 spread pizza sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  • 3 top evenly with lamb slices; drizzle with salad dressing.
  • 4 sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.
  • 5 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • 6 bake at 350°f for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops of buns are lightly toasted.
  • 7 place tops of buns over the sandwiches.
