Ingredients
- 2 slices bread (i use rustic italian)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 slices ham
- 2 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 heat panini grill.
- 2 spread slice of bread with dijon and the other with honey.
- 3 lay ham on dijon side and brie on honey side.
- 4 spread the outside of both slices with butter.
- 5 place on grill until golden brown.
