Easy Olive And Artichoke Spread

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, slightly drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hellmann's mayonnaise (best foods)
  • salt and pepper (i donĂ¢€™t use any, but you might)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in bowl of food processor.
  • 2 pulse process until small chunk consistency.
  • 3 press mix into mold or small bowl lined with plastic wrap.
  • 4 chill until firm.
  • 5 unmold and garnish with olive slices, tomato wedges, etc.
  • 6 serve with crackers or toast points.
