- 4 cups ham, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 dill pickle, diced
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 2 serve on bread as sandwiches, or on a bed of lettuce as a salad with crackers.
