Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 slices ciabatta
- 10 g baby rocket
- 8 small prawns, cooked
Recipe
- 1 at home: make lim mayo by combining mayo, dill and lime.
- 2 at lunchtime: toast ciabatta; divide rocket, prawns and mayo between slices.
