Kinda Like Chick-fil-a Sandwiches

Ingredients

- 3 cups oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, halved
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, beat egg and stir in milk.
- 2 in a separate bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, pepper and salt.
- 3 dip each piece of chicken in milk mixture until moistened.
- 4 roll chicken in flour mix until completely coated.
- 5 fry in oil until chicken is golden brown.
- 6 serve with grilled buttered buns and pickles.
- 7 make 4 sandwiches.
- 8 you can cut chicken into bite size pieces and make chicken nuggets. they are great too!
