Kimke's Grilled Cheese

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 5 slices cheese (your choice-i use typically use cheddar, swiss, monterey jack or a combination of the three)
  • butter
  • 2 teaspoons season salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 2 place two and a half slices of cheese on a slice of bread, distributing the cheese as evenly as possible.
  • 3 place the other slice of bread on top of the cheese.
  • 4 on top of the bread, spread butter.
  • 5 sprinkle season salt on top of the butter.
  • 6 cook for about a minute per side, till golden brown.
  • 7 best served with cream of tomato soup.
