Healthy Italian-style Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package veggie crumbles, thawed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup italian style breadcrumbs
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons mixed italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into a medium size bowl.
- 2 mix all ingredients together. (i prefer to mix this with my hands.).
- 3 form into 1-1 1/4 inch balls. (these can really be made any size but for giant size you will need to adjust the cooking time.).
- 4 place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until firm.
