Healthy Italian-style Meatballs

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package veggie crumbles, thawed
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup italian style breadcrumbs
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons mixed italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients into a medium size bowl.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together. (i prefer to mix this with my hands.).
  • 3 form into 1-1 1/4 inch balls. (these can really be made any size but for giant size you will need to adjust the cooking time.).
  • 4 place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until firm.
