Delicious Raisin Mold

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (1/4 ounce) package gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 ounces sour cream, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 add gelatin to the water and allow to thicken.
  • 2 in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the butter, sour cream, and cream cheese. stir until smooth. remove from heat.
  • 3 add gelatin to this mixture and stir to incorporate.
  • 4 add sugar, nuts, and raisins. stir well to blend all ingredients.
  • 5 put in your choice of mold and refrigerate overnight.
  • 6 serve on crackers or make little tea sandwiches.
