Delicious Raisin Mold

Ingredients
- 1 (1/4 ounce) package gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 ounces sour cream, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 add gelatin to the water and allow to thicken.
- 2 in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the butter, sour cream, and cream cheese. stir until smooth. remove from heat.
- 3 add gelatin to this mixture and stir to incorporate.
- 4 add sugar, nuts, and raisins. stir well to blend all ingredients.
- 5 put in your choice of mold and refrigerate overnight.
- 6 serve on crackers or make little tea sandwiches.
