Grilled Cheese With Pear And Arugula

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter, divided (maybe more)
- 4 slices multigrain bread
- 4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 small pear, thinly sliced
- 1 -2 cup arugula leaf
Recipe
- 1 melt 1 teas (or more) butter in large skillet over medium heat.
- 2 rub two bread slices around the skillet to coat one side with melted butter, then flip bread to toast the dry side for about 1 minute.
- 3 flip bread buttered-side down again and top one piece with half the cheese, pear and arugula; top with the other bread slice, butter-side up.
- 4 grill until golden brown, about 1 minuted per side.
