Grilled Cheese Special

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces sandwich bread
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese (you can substitute your favorite)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 apple, thinly sliced
  • butter or margarine

Recipe

  • 1 layer peanut butter, apples, and cheese on one slice of bread.
  • 2 top with second slice of bread.
  • 3 butter outside of sandwich and place in frying pan or on griddle.
  • 4 turn the sandwich when bottom side is golden brown.
  • 5 brown other side of sandwich.
  • 6 enjoy!
