Ingredients
- 8 ounces leftover roast turkey, cut into bite sized pieces (shredded is ok)
- 1/2 cup leftover turkey gravy
- salt
- pepper
- 4 slices bread or 4 slices dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
- leftover stuffing and cranberry sauce
Recipe
- 1 put leftover gravy into a small saucepan. add turkey. add stuffing and cranberry sauce if desired. heat over medium until just starting to bubble.
- 2 while turkey mixture is heating, toast bread or split rolls. butter.
- 3 lay bread on plates and cover with generous dollop of turkey mixture. eat while hot.
