Cluck On A Puck

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces leftover roast turkey, cut into bite sized pieces (shredded is ok)
  • 1/2 cup leftover turkey gravy
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 slices bread or 4 slices dinner rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • leftover stuffing and cranberry sauce

Recipe

  • 1 put leftover gravy into a small saucepan. add turkey. add stuffing and cranberry sauce if desired. heat over medium until just starting to bubble.
  • 2 while turkey mixture is heating, toast bread or split rolls. butter.
  • 3 lay bread on plates and cover with generous dollop of turkey mixture. eat while hot.
