- 1 plain croissant, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut croissant in half and spread mayonnaise on both sides (use more is desired).
- 2 place chicken on one side of the croissant, sprinkle with salt and pepper. top with cheddar slices and serve.
