- 2/3 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 15 ounces chickpeas, drained (garbanzo beans)
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 dash salt, to taste
- 1 dash black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 1. just mash everything together with a fork, or use a food processor.
- 2 2. use on sandwiches, for dipping veggies, pita bread, etc.
