Ingredients

- 1 cup canned corn, drained
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2/3 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, diced
- 1 cup cauliflower, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 6 tablespoons mixed sprouts
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup fat-free thousand island salad dressing
- 6 whole pita pockets, cut in half
Recipe
- 1 mix together all of the ingredients but the pita bread.
- 2 fill pita pockets with the veggie filling.
- 3 serve chilled.
