Pocket Full Of Veggies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup canned corn, drained
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 2/3 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, diced
  • 1 cup cauliflower, diced
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 6 tablespoons mixed sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup fat-free thousand island salad dressing
  • 6 whole pita pockets, cut in half

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all of the ingredients but the pita bread.
  • 2 fill pita pockets with the veggie filling.
  • 3 serve chilled.
