Pita Beef Pockets

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup horseradish mustard
  • 2 pita breads, cut in half to form pockets
  • 1/2 lb sliced cooked beef
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Recipe

  • 1 spread mustard on inside of pita pocket halves.
  • 2 fill pockets with beef, tomato, cheese and spinach.
