Pinto Bean Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
  • cumin
  • curry
  • garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 rinse and drain the beans.
  • 2 add spices.
  • 3 mash with a potato masher or masher of your choice.
