- 8 slices rye bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 12 ounces sliced pastrami
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 brush one side of each slice bread with butter. spread 4 bread slices with mustard. top with pastrami and cheese.
- 2 place sandwiches on panini grill and grill 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
