Not Your Regular Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 dried jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 turkey slices
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
Recipe
- 1 mix together the first 5 ingredients and set aside.
- 2 toast the bread.
- 3 peel and slice cucumber.
- 4 salt and pepper the sliced tomato and cucumber slices.
- 5 spread the mayonnaise mixture on both slices of bread.
- 6 layer with cucumber, tomato, turkey and romaine.
- 7 top with remaining bread slice to make 2 sandwiches.
