Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar (cider or )
- 1/2 cup beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 stir flour and sugar together.
- 2 add eggs and mix well.
- 3 add remaining ingredients.
- 4 cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
- 5 serve hot over ham.
- 6 refrigerate leftover sauce to use for sandwiches.
