Mustard Ham Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar (cider or )
  • 1/2 cup beef bouillon
  • 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 stir flour and sugar together.
  • 2 add eggs and mix well.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients.
  • 4 cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
  • 5 serve hot over ham.
  • 6 refrigerate leftover sauce to use for sandwiches.
