Mushroom Swiss Veggie Burger

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 portabella mushrooms (sauteed) or 1 mushroom-based veggie burger
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon guacamole
  • 2 slices fresh tomatoes
  • iceberg lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 slather the top of the bun with guacamole, the bottom with bbq.
  • 2 add the mushroom/patty to the bun and top with swiss, tomato, and lettuce. enjoy!
