Mini Beef Rolls

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 -4 tablespoons onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 25 miniature dinner rolls, split
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar dill pickle slices

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 add cheese, soup mix and mayonnaise.
  • 4 cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
  • 5 spread 2 tablespoonfuls over roll bottoms.
  • 6 top each with a pickle slice.
  • 7 replace roll tops.
  • 8 wrap in heavy-duty foil and place on baking sheets.
  • 9 bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
