Mini Beef Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 -4 tablespoons onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 25 miniature dinner rolls, split
- 1 (12 ounce) jar dill pickle slices
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
- 2 drain.
- 3 add cheese, soup mix and mayonnaise.
- 4 cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
- 5 spread 2 tablespoonfuls over roll bottoms.
- 6 top each with a pickle slice.
- 7 replace roll tops.
- 8 wrap in heavy-duty foil and place on baking sheets.
- 9 bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
