Melted Cheese Panini With Mustard And Honey

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 8 thick slices ciabatta
- 6 ounces scamorza cheese
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 ounces fontina cheese
- 1 ounce parmigiano reggianno cheese, shaved
- kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 preheat a panin press to medium-high (375 degrees).
- 2 spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread. top 4 of the slices with 2 slices scamorza, 1 slice burrata, and 1 slice fontina. sprinkle parmigiano evenly between the 4 sandwiches. sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with remaining bread slices, mustard side down.
- 3 brush butter over both sides of the sandwiches. grill on press for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and cheese starts to melt.
- 4 cut sandwiches and drizzle with honey before serving.
