Ingredients
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 place meat and onions in crock pot.
- 2 mix remaining and pour over meat. cover and cook on low 8-10 hours
- 3 shred meat and serve on buns with broth o/s for dipping.
