Ham Salad

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb minced ham
  • 1/2 lb bologna, chopped
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 1 -2 tablespoon helmann mayonnaise, to taste (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • 2 cool.
  • 3 place hard boiled eggs in food processor and whirl until finely chopped.
  • 4 place in mixing bowl.
  • 5 add ham& bologna into food processor and whirl until finely chopped.
  • 6 add to mixing bowl with eggs.
  • 7 add cooled homemade mayonnaise to meat mixture.
  • 8 add relish.
  • 9 if desired, add helmann's mayonnaise to reach desired consistancy.
