Ham Salad Croissants

Ingredients
- 3 cups ham, fully cooked and ground
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
- 1/3 cup dill pickle, diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces pimentos, drained
- 1 teaspoon ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 8 croissants, split
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine first 12 ingredients. serve on lettuce lined croissants.
