Ham And Cheese Croissant Sandwiches

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain dijon mustard
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney

Recipe

  • 1 to serve cold: cut croissants in half horizontally.
  • 2 spread bottom halves with mustard. top with ham, cheese and lettuce.
  • 3 spread chutney over cut sides of croissant tops and place on top.
  • 4 eat!
  • 5 to serve warmed: preheat oven to 375° (190°c).
  • 6 cut croissants in half horizontally.
  • 7 spread bottom halves with mustard. top with ham and cheese (omit lettuce).
  • 8 spread chutney over cut sides of croissant tops; place on top of bottoms.
  • 9 place on baking sheet.
  • 10 bake in centre of oven for 10 minutes.
