Ingredients

- 1 lb bologna
- 2 pickles (or 1/2 cup relish)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Recipe
- 1 dice bologna and pickles. (i use sliced bologna, and when i dice it the pieces end up pretty small.)
- 2 mix all ingredients well, adjusting the amount of mayo to your taste. if desired, chill to allow flavors to meld. serve on bread or buns - great for brown bags / picnics.
