Easy Ice Cream Cake

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 12 small ice cream sandwiches (miniature)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
  • chocolate syrup (use 2-3) or butterscotch syrup (use 2-3) or milky way syrup (use 2-3)
  • pecans or walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 layer the ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of a pan.
  • 2 on top of the sandwiches, cover with cool whip.
  • 3 next, swirl the syrups over the cool whip.
  • 4 last, add nuts and if desired add candies ( like m and m's.
  • 5 put in freezer overnight. when ready to serve, cut in squares.
