Curried Chicken, Apple, And Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
  • 1/2 medium apple, diced
  • 1/4 slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup smart beat fat free mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 fold all ingredients together. chill for at least 2 hours to let flavors blend. serve in as a sandwich filling or as a dip for crackers or pita chips.
