Chicken Salad Wrap

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup miracle whip light or 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
  • romaine lettuce leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 -3 whole wheat sandwich wraps

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large saucepan of water to boil.
  • 2 put the raw chicken breast into the water.
  • 3 as soon as it stops boiling, take out the chicken.
  • 4 return the water to boil then put the chicken back in and cover tightly.
  • 5 remove from the burner and leave untouched for one hour.
