Healthy Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup dill relish
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallion
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread or 2 slices toast
  • lettuce
  • tomato

Recipe

  • 1 shred chicken in a food processor and mix in seasonings.
  • 2 serve on bread with lettuce and tomato.
