Egg Salad

Ingredients

- 7 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 -2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place eggs in a pot, and cover with cold water. apply to high heat until it reaches a gentle boil. remove from heat, cover, and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. remove from water after 10 minutes.
- 2 chop the celery and lettuce into small pieces.
- 3 peel and cut the eggs into fours.
- 4 mash the eggs, but not too much, you want it to have some texture.
- 5 mix in the celery and lettuce.
- 6 add mayo and mustards until combined.
- 7 add the salt and pepper to taste.
