Egg Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 7 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 -2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place eggs in a pot, and cover with cold water. apply to high heat until it reaches a gentle boil. remove from heat, cover, and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. remove from water after 10 minutes.
  • 2 chop the celery and lettuce into small pieces.
  • 3 peel and cut the eggs into fours.
  • 4 mash the eggs, but not too much, you want it to have some texture.
  • 5 mix in the celery and lettuce.
  • 6 add mayo and mustards until combined.
  • 7 add the salt and pepper to taste.
