Peanut Butter-orange Sandwich Filling

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup orange, peeled,diced

Recipe

• 1 thoroughly mix peanut butter, honey, and salt.
• 2 stir in oranges.
• 3 chill.
• 4 use about 1/3 cup filling per sandwich.
• 5 filling can be made the day before using.
• 6 store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
• 7 stir lightly before making sandwiches.
