Heart Healthy Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices linseed rye bread
  • 1 -2 slice lean meat, such as chicken,turkey,smoked meat,beef or lean ham
  • 3 leaves lettuce
  • thin tomato, slices
  • thin cucumber, slices
  • pepper
  • mustard

Recipe

  • 1 put mustard on both pieces of bread.
  • 2 put lettuce on one slice.
  • 3 top with tomato, sprinkle with pepper.
  • 4 top with meat, cucumber and remaining piece of bread.
  • 5 cut in four and wrap in plastic wrap or put in plastic sandwich container.
  • 6 refrigerate until use.
