Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 2 slices linseed rye bread
- 1 -2 slice lean meat, such as chicken,turkey,smoked meat,beef or lean ham
- 3 leaves lettuce
- thin tomato, slices
- thin cucumber, slices
- pepper
- mustard
Recipe
- 1 put mustard on both pieces of bread.
- 2 put lettuce on one slice.
- 3 top with tomato, sprinkle with pepper.
- 4 top with meat, cucumber and remaining piece of bread.
- 5 cut in four and wrap in plastic wrap or put in plastic sandwich container.
- 6 refrigerate until use.
