Grilled Cheese With A Kick

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • butter (optional)
  • 1 slice shepard's bread
  • 1 slice raw monterey jack pepper cheese, 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 slice raw sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 inch thick (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place bread in a skillet on medium heat.
  • 2 add butter to pan to prevent sticking (optional).
  • 3 lightly toast bread on both sides.
  • 4 put cheese directly in pan to slightly melt.
  • 5 after cheese is slightly melted, place cheese on bread using a spatula.
