- butter (optional)
- 1 slice shepard's bread
- 1 slice raw monterey jack pepper cheese, 1/4 inch thick
- 1 slice raw sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 inch thick (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place bread in a skillet on medium heat.
- 2 add butter to pan to prevent sticking (optional).
- 3 lightly toast bread on both sides.
- 4 put cheese directly in pan to slightly melt.
- 5 after cheese is slightly melted, place cheese on bread using a spatula.
- 6 fold bread over onto instelf. (fold in half).
- 7 place grilled cheese on plate and eat.
