- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained
- 1 scoop orange sherbet or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- apricot preserves
- sliced roasted almonds
Recipe
- 1 place 1 pineapple slice on each dessert plate; top each with a scoop of sherbet. cut 1 side of each remaining pineapple slice, twist and place on sherbet. drizzle preserves on each serving; sprinkle with almonds.
