Crock Pot Turkey Verde

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (2 1/2 lb) turkey breast halves, thawed, skin removed
- 1 (16 ounce) jar mild green chili salsa
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium potato, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 6 flour tortillas, warmed (8 inches in diameter)
Recipe
- 1 place the turkey breast half in a 3-1/2 quart crockpot.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients, stirring, and pour over the turkey.
- 3 cover crockpot and cook on lo heat for 8 to 10 hours.
- 4 to serve: cut the turkey into slices and wrap (with some sauce) in the warmed tortillas.
