Ingredients
- 3 diced cooked chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together well. can be chilled or served right away. serve on bread or roll of you choice (i prefer ciabatta bread) and top with lettuce and tomato.
