Mango Chicken Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (10 ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix (angel hair)
  • 1 granny smith apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
  • 1/2 dry mustard
  • 4 pita bread rounds, halved
  • 4 grilled chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup warm mango chutney

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 5 ingredients.
  • 2 layer pita halves evenly with chicken, mango churney, and slaw mixture.
  • 3 enjoy!
