- 1 banana
- 1 tortilla
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Recipe
- 1 peel the banana, and slice it lengthwise in half, and then crosswise so you have 4 pieces of banana. alternatively you can break the banana in two and smoosh it with a spatula while you are cooking it.
- 2 spread the peanut butter on one half of one side of the tortilla.
- 3 place the banana slices onto the peanut butter.
- 4 fold the tortilla over so you have a "half sandwich" kind of tortilla. heat on a non-stick surface until warm. flip and heat the other side. the idea is to lightly toast the tortilla. serve.
