Chutney Chicken Salad No Curry No Nuts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1 small golden delicious apples or 1 small gala apples, cored and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4-1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper, for seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together. season to taste with salt and pepper. use as a sandwich filling or serve on top of a bed of greens.
