- 1 cup cubed chicken breast
- 1/3 cup chopped seeded, peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 2 sandwich buns, split
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients. place lettuce and tomato on bun bottoms.
- 2 top with chicken salad. replace bun tops.
