- 4 -5 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
- 2/3 ounce italian salad dressing mix
- 8 -10 pepperoncini peppers
- 2 cups beer
- 19 -20 buns
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except buns, of course, in a slow cooker --
- 2 heat on low setting for 10 hours.
- 3 shred beef, serve on buns with a bit of pepperoncinis --
- 4 we like to have additional pepperoncinis on the side -- .
