Salmon Burgers

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 -3 stalks celery
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 large egg
  • 12 -15 ounces salmon (2 cans)
  • salt & pepper, for taste
  • chili pepper, if you want it spicy

Recipe

  • 1 chop onion and cellery.
  • 2 drain the canned salmon.
  • 3 mix all ingredients in bowl.
  • 4 shape into burgers.
  • 5 place on cooking dish.
  • 6 bake in oven at 350 degf for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
  • 7 burgers freeze very well.
